Durham Roster Additions Priming Them For Deep Run

Durham is back for the second consecutive year at the Rocket League Invitational hosted at St. Clair College. This time, they have a new look roster filled with experience at the highest level.

The Lords added the likes of Xocion, a young player with a background in higher tier amateur, and Jordan, a former RLCS player most known for his time on the orgs Alpine Esports, Torrent, and Shopify Rebellion. Wildfire is the lone returning player as a 4-year veteran of the school. Jordan’s experience playing professionally will play a huge part in the overall strategy of Durham, with the support of two very capable teammates to back him up. The team feels the pressure of performing well with some prominent names on the squad, but is more than ready to rise up to the challenge.

“… We have just been very confident in what we are building together and getting used to the top collegiate teams. The players are all very used to needing to perform when it matters most, and when we are playing as a full unit there's nothing that could be diminished from that kind of pressure.” - Coach ShadowR on the pressure of performing well at the Invitational.

Durham College will be put to the perfect test on March 10th, with many formidable opponents they are likely to face in under a month's time.
